By accepting your itinerary, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. General Policy

Non-Smoking Vehicles: All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Client Responsibility: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or property caused by the client or their party, whether by accident, neglect, or intent.
Lost Items: Maya Chauffeured Transportation LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings left behind in the vehicle.

2. Limitation of Liability
Maya Chauffeured Transportation LLC is not liable for any damages, delays, or service interruptions resulting from:
- Inclement weather conditions
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Traffic delays
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Long-Distance Travel
- All long-distance trip rates are billed hourly.
- A travel time charge applies for trips outside Charlotte, NC, including return travel time.

4. Airport Arrivals
- We actively track flights to adjust for delays.
- If your flight is canceled or you miss your flight, you must notify us immediately at (980) 785-8606 with your updated flight details to avoid full “No-Show” charges.

5. Cancellation Policy
Sedans & SUVs
- Free cancellation applies if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- A cancellation email confirmation is required as proof that your request has been received and approved.

6. Billing & Refunds
- All reservations are billed 24 hours in advance of the scheduled trip.
- Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup time.
- Refunds take 5–10 business days to process.

7. Chauffeur Information & Communication
- Chauffeur details will be provided within 24 hours of pickup time.
- Passengers receive two text notifications:
1. When the chauffeur is on the way
2. When the chauffeur has arrived at the pickup location
- For airport pickups, passengers receive a third text confirming the meeting location after landing.

8. Meet & Greet Service
- Chauffeurs will display a NAME SIGN at the baggage claim area inside the terminal.
- If you do not see your chauffeur, do not leave the pickup location before calling us at (980) 785-8606.
- If you leave the designated pickup location without calling us, you will be charged the full No-Show fee.
- Maya Chauffeured Transportation LLC will make multiple contact attempts before releasing the chauffeur.

9. Wait Time Policy
- Grace Period for Local Pickups (Hotels, Businesses, Events, Residences): 15 minutes
- After the grace period, a $1.50 per minute wait charge applies.
- Airport Arrivals:
- Domestic Flights: No wait time charge while your flight is on the tarmac. Charges begin 30 minutes after the flight reaches the gate.
- International Flights: No wait time charge for the first 60 minutes after the flight reaches the gate. Afterward, charges apply at $1.50 per minute.
- Exceptions apply in cases of lost baggage, special assistance, or medical emergencies.

10. Extra Stops
- Additional stops along the route: $10 per stop (15-minute grace period).
- Off-route stops: Charged at an hourly rate (2-hour minimum).
- Emergency or brief stops may be accommodated at our discretion.

11. Luggage Policy
- Clients are allowed up to 5 pieces of luggage per trip.
- Excess luggage (6+ pieces) incurs a $30 surcharge.
- Carry-on luggage does not count toward the charge.

12. Overnight Fees
- Trips between 12:00 AM and 4:59 AM incur an additional $10 overnight fee.

13. Service Transfer Charge (STC)
- A 5% STC fee is applied to the total trip fare.
- This fee covers vehicle cleaning, interior maintenance, and amenities provided.
